New Software & Firmware Updates Released for Smarty Touch, MM3, and UDC Pro RT

We have released new updates for our Smarty Touch, MM3, and UDC Pro RT platforms to enhance file handling stability and overall performance.

What’s New

  • Smarty Touch & MM3 Firmware: Added a file filter to automatically ignore hidden system files generated by macOS (such as ._* and .DS_Store files), preventing file system clutter and read errors on your device.
  • UDC Pro RT: Resolved a bug affecting the multiple copying of tuning files, ensuring reliable batch file handling.

How to Update

All updates are available immediately. You can update your software and firmware automatically through the Smarty Agent and MM3 Agent desktop applications. Simply open your respective Agent software, and follow the on-screen prompts.
